No. Chalet “Star” follows the same pricing structure as the other chalets depending on season and availability.

It is usually the first chalet to be booked because of its exceptional privacy and location.

How do we request Chalet “Star”?

Guests may request Chalet “Star” during the booking process depending on availability.

Can we access Chalet “Star” by car?

Yes. Guests staying in Chalet “Star” may access the chalet area by car for arrival, unloading luggage, and collecting luggage at departure. General guest parking is otherwise located separately outside the main chalet areas to help maintain the peaceful atmosphere and privacy around all chalets.

Each chalet can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Yes. Every chalet has a fully equipped kitchen.

Standard check-in is normally between 08:00 and 14:00 hrs. Standard check-out time is 10:00 hrs.

Is self check-in available?

Yes. Self check-in is available 24/7 with prior notice and advance arrangement with the resort.

Yes. Families are welcome, and the chalets are suitable for families with children.

Children remain the responsibility of parents or guardians at all times, especially around pools, terraces, and outdoor areas.

Yes. A small complimentary welcome supply of 4 coffee pods is provided for guests on arrival.

Which coffee system is used?

The chalets use the Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee pod system.

Can we buy additional coffee pods nearby?

Yes. Additional Dolce Gusto coffee pods can easily be purchased in supermarkets and shops in Gradiška.

Yes. Major international currencies can easily be exchanged into Convertible Marks (KM/BAM) in Gradiška.
